The Parker Graphite Adjustable Safety Razor uses standard Double Edge Safety Razor Blades which are a drastic step up in quality and a drastic step down in price compared to cartridge razors. To add a blade turn the adjustment knob in the same direction you would use to remove a screw. you will feel it loosen up. After that, lift the top away and set your blade in place. screw back in until the adjustable knob is tight then set to your preferred setting; we recommend starting with #1.
