What is the Airborne Beard and Shave Company?

The Airborne Beard and Shave Company is a premium veteran-owned beard care and shaving product retailer. We craft our own line of shaving soaps and beard oils in house as well as provide high quality accessories by only the best retailers, many of which are also veteran owned.

What make us better than everyone else?

We make our consumable products in-house to ensure the highest quality products. Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t put lip-stick on a pig and call it pretty. If it is a product we sell, it is a quality product. Simple as that.

How does shipping work?

Many of our products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase by either the United States Postal Service or Fedex typically in flat rate boxes. Any order over $49.99 qualifies for free shipping and tracking numbers will be provided when the order is shipped.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to any US postal address including APO or FPO addresses. Make sure you have the correct the state as Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), or Armed Forces America (AA), and the APO zip code. The tracking information will only tell you when the order gets to the facility, then it's up to the space availability of the military to get it there, so please be as specific as possible when filling in the address information.

What is your policy on returns/refunds?

Apparel and accessories (except for brushes and combs) can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or a replacement. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to use the items you feel are damaged or unsafe can be returned for equal exchange of the same item or similar item of equal or lesser value. Shave soaps and beard oils at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund. If you require further assistance, please use our contact form located here.

Is it safe to order online?

Absolutely. We only use safe payment processors that conduct millions of transactions per day. If you have any security questions or concerns, please review our payment processors' security measures.

How should I store the beard oils and/or shave soaps?

Beard oils should be stored out of direct sunlight in a temperature-controlled environment for maximum shelf life. For more information on usage and storage check out our Basic Training page.

Shave soaps should also be stored out of direct sunlight and in a temperature-controlled environment. Additionally, shave soaps should also be kept dry as leaving excess water in an item such as a shave mug or bowl will make the soap soft. The soap should not be used in the shower for the same reasons. More information about usage and storage can be found on our Basic Training page.

Do you offer wholesale or account services?

Account services we will always try to accommodate. Being that we are a small operation at the moment, large scale wholesale services are considered on a case-by-case basis. For more information please visit the contact us page and put “account services” in the subject line.
